First Impressions & Check-In
When we arrived we were immediately greeted with a refreshing peach punch. Then we were given a tour by Mr. Shannon, who showed us around the hotel and pointed out all the thoughtful details many of which highlight local Charleston artists and businesses. You can tell Emeline is all about celebrating the city’s culture and I loved that.
Also, valet parking is available ($53 daily), so no stressing about finding a parking spot in busy downtown Charleston.
The Room: Cozy, Chic & Full of Thoughtful Touches
The moment I stepped into our room I noticed that fresh “new hotel” scent. The space was beautiful, cozy and filled with thoughtful touches.

What’s in the Room?
Each room is designed for comfort and style and honestly, I could’ve stayed forever.
🛏️ Comfy Bed – Plush, cozy and impossible to get out of in the morning.
🛋️ Sitting Area – Complete with a TV, a mini fridge and a breakfast table.
💧 Water Refill Stations – You get a glass water bottle in your room to refill with still or sparkling water at the station nearby.
🎶 Record Player – Suites come with a record player and access to their vinyl library. We loved the one in our room so much that we bought the same record at Keep Shop to bring home!

The Bathroom: Spa-Like Luxury
I have to dedicate an entire section to the bathroom because it was that pretty.
🛁 The Dreamiest Bathtub – Perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring.
🧖♀️ Signature Bath Amenities by Red Flower – The shampoo, conditioner and body wash had this incredible musky wood fragrance that smelled like a luxury spa.
🧴 Soft, Plush Robes – You’ll never want to take them off.
🖤 Makeup Towel – Because they actually get us.
💆♀️ Handheld Clothing Steamer & Hairdryer – Thoughtful extras that make getting ready a breeze.
Everything about this bathroom made me feel like I was in a luxury spa and I was not mad about it.

Dining at Emeline: Frannie & The Fox
We had dinner at Frannie and The Fox the hotel’s on site restaurant and this place is a vibe. The outdoor seating area is gorgeous, complete with a fireplace, string lights and cozy seating.
🔥 The must-try dish? Their wood-fired pizza. It was so good. Plus, pizzas were half price after 10 PM, so late-night cravings = solved.
They also surprised us with a corn dish with mint, feta cheese, and peppers, and wow… I didn’t expect to love it as much as I did.

Breakfast at Clerk’s Coffee Co.
For breakfast, we went downstairs to Clerks coffee which is inside the hotel (so you don’t even have to step outside to get your caffeine fix).
☕ Mocha: 10/10, no notes.
🥐 Croissants: Buttery, flaky and exactly what I needed.
The café itself is also super cute so if you’re into aesthetically pleasing coffee spots you’ll love it here.

Keep Shop: A Shopping Experience
If you love bringing home something special from your travels the Keep Shop at Emeline is a must-visit. This shop features handcrafted and unique local goods. If you’re looking for a one of a kind souvenir definitely check out Keep Shop before you leave.
✨ What We Bought:
✔️ The Room Spray – The same scent from our hotel room that I fell in love with. Now my house smells like Emeline!
✔️ A Vinyl Record – The same one that was in our room so now we can bring those cozy Emeline vibes home. We love the songs Carolina by Young Mister and Silvia that we first listed to at the hotel and it’s now our Southern Road Trip song.
